I purchased these adorable buttons from Micheal's and Cheryl over at Creative Kuts made me the wonderful paper piecing patterns to go with them.

I used doll hair for the babies curl and added a ribbon bow.

A New Beginning

My Project of the week for Creative Kuts

I am creating an album for the new MOM

I wanted to use this as the first page of Ali's album and thought

 A New Beginning

     would be a perfect starting page.

              I used my Sizzix shadow box letters to create my title for my page.
              Flowers were made using Cricut Plantin Schoolbook cartridge. I pop                    dotted in between each layer to give flowers some dimension.

Welcome Baby Girl

         I got my baby girl. My son and his girlfriend had their baby last night at 11:36.

                        She was 6 lb. 7 oz. and is 20 inches long. Her name is Ali.

                                      This is the diaper cake I made for her.

We are expecting very soon!!!

Not sure if the baby is a she or he.....Momma wanted it to be a surprise. Grandma (that's me) really wants to know!!! LOL
I am creating an album for the new arrival, since we don't know which it will be I am creating an album for both boy and girl.

I love mixing up the patterns.

And of course  my LO's wouldn't be complete without the little peekers. I love adding peekers to my pages, and this week I added 2 to each LO. Aren't  the little peekers on the bottles just adorable?????
